BACKGROUND / INTERESTS

Stephanie M. Pratt is a second year Masters Student in the Human Factors and Applied Cognition program at George Mason University. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a minor in Economics, from Hollins University in Roanoke, Virginia May 2009. Her human factors interests include usability, user experience, and decision making. However, the more she is exposed to the more varied her research interests are becoming.

Stephanie is a member of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society (National and the Potomac Chapter), SIGCHI, part of ACM, as well was the Usability Professionals Association (National and DC Chapter).

CURRENT WORK

Stephanie is an intern at Aptima, Inc. in Washington, DC. There she is assisting on various human factors related projects and research.

Stephanie is also assists in Dr. Carryl Baldwin's Auditory and Research Lab, assisting with driving research.
